  張軼翔，工程管理學(xué)碩士，泰達(dá)海外研究院副院長。現(xiàn)任中非泰達(dá)投資股份有限公司總經(jīng)理助理，參與規(guī)劃建設(shè)中埃兩國政府高度關(guān)注的國際產(chǎn)能合作示范園區(qū)——中埃·泰達(dá)蘇伊士經(jīng)貿(mào)合作區(qū)項(xiàng)目，曾任埃及泰達(dá)投資有限公司執(zhí)行董事助理，埃及泰達(dá)特區(qū)開發(fā)公司首席執(zhí)行官。結(jié)合多年境內(nèi)外園區(qū)開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、多家境外園區(qū)診斷、咨詢經(jīng)驗(yàn)，作為核心主創(chuàng)參與的《泰達(dá)海外模式》在國內(nèi)外得到廣泛認(rèn)可，并成功應(yīng)用于招商局吉布提自貿(mào)區(qū)項(xiàng)目、肯尼亞蒙巴薩自貿(mào)區(qū)項(xiàng)目、中信緬甸皎漂特別經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)項(xiàng)目、剛果布黑角經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)項(xiàng)目和加納庫馬西工業(yè)園區(qū)項(xiàng)目等境外園區(qū)。

Mr. Zhang Yixiang had the master degree in engineering management from TianJin Chengjian university, vice President of teda overseas research institute. Currently, work as the assistant of general manager for China-Africa TEDA investment co., LTD., and he has 10 years of experience in the whole industry chain development, such as planning, construction, investment attraction, service and operation of domestic and foreign parks participated. He used to be the business director of Egypt TEDA investment co., LTD., and the CEO of Egypt TEDA special zone development co., LTD. Combined with many years of experience in domestic and industrial park development, several foreign park diagnosis, consulting experience, as a core creative participation "TEDA overseas mode" is widely recognized at home and abroad, has been successfully applied to Djibouti Free Trade Zone Project of China merchants Group, Mombasa Free Trade Zone Project in Kenya, Kyaukpyu Special Economic Zone Project of China CITIC in Myanmar, Pointe Noire Economic Zone Project in the Republic of Congo and Kumasi Industrial Park Project in Ghana and other overseas parks.
