在本次報告中，李應(yīng)芳教授將介紹國際商務(wù)（IB）和管理領(lǐng)域的一些最新發(fā)展，以及中國研究人員的研究機(jī)會。她將討論參與實踐/現(xiàn)象驅(qū)動的研究的重要性，以便與政策和實踐更相關(guān)。她還將討論國際商務(wù)研究人員和中國國際商務(wù)學(xué)者在全球舞臺上開展國際商務(wù)問題研究和思辨以產(chǎn)生影響的機(jī)會和作用。她將重點介紹國際商務(wù)的主要學(xué)者所呼吁的研究方向，并舉例說明如何針對這些呼吁開展研究。

In this presentation, Professor Fang Lee Cooke will talk about some of the latest development in the international business (IB) and management field and research opportunities for Chinese researchers. She will discuss the importance of engaging in research that is practice/phenomenon-driven in order to be more relevant to policy and practice. She will also discuss opportunities and roles of IB researchers in general and Chinese IB scholars more specifically in conducting research and engaging in debate on IB issues at the global stage to create impact. She will highlight what key IB scholars are calling for and provide examples to illustrate how research can be conducted in response to these calls.

主講人介紹

李應(yīng)芳教授（英國曼徹斯特大學(xué)博士），現(xiàn)為莫納什大學(xué)商學(xué)院副院長，杰出教授；澳大利亞社會科學(xué)院院士。曾任英國曼徹斯特大學(xué)商學(xué)院教授、澳大利亞皇家墨爾本理工大學(xué)管理學(xué)院副院長。李應(yīng)芳教授的研究興趣包括亞洲人力資源管理與勞動關(guān)系、戰(zhàn)略人力資源管理、知識管理和創(chuàng)新、外包、國際人力資源管理、性別研究、多元化和包容性管理、跨國公司研究、移民研究、數(shù)字化和對人力資源管理的影響。發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文120余篇以及學(xué)術(shù)書籍章節(jié)60余篇，多篇收錄于頂級學(xué)術(shù)期刊, 如《Journal of Management Studies》、《Human Resource Management》、《British Journal of Industrial Relations》、《Human Relations》、《Journal of World Business》、《Journal of Business Research》、《Human Resource Management Journal》以及《International Journal of Human Resource Management》等。李應(yīng)芳教授在2011和2018年分別榮獲莫納什大學(xué)工商管理及經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院的“院長卓越研究獎”和“負(fù)責(zé)任管理教育原則 (Principle of Responsible Management Education, PRME) 院長卓越研究獎”。李應(yīng)芳教授現(xiàn)任《International Business Review》;《International Journal of Human Resource management》;《Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources》的聯(lián)合主編; 以及《Human Resource Management》;《Asia Pacific Journal of Management》and 《Asian Business and Management》; 等高級學(xué)術(shù)刊物的副編。她曾是DAAD（德國學(xué)術(shù)交流計劃）德國哥廷根大學(xué)訪問教授（2016年）。
