講座內(nèi)容：

This paper examines the pass-through of China’s retaliatory tariffs against American products at the ffrm level during the US-China trade war period (2016-2019). A 10% increase in retaliatory duties is found to lead to a 3% decrease in American imports. Furthermore, a decline in exports to the United States and the rest of the world attributed to the rising retaliatory duties. Rich evidence shows that the rising costs of global sourcing in upstream sectors accumulate and are passed to downstream industries, thus magnifying the effects of accumulated effects of retaliatory tariffs via the input-output linkage along global production chains.

嘉賓簡(jiǎn)介：

北京大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院副教授（2020至今），畢業(yè)于北京大學(xué)光華管理學(xué)院，曾工作于對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)（2013-2019）。主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)閲?guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和應(yīng)用微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)。主要研究方向?qū)ν庵苯油顿Y，國(guó)際貿(mào)易，貿(mào)易自由化和企業(yè)進(jìn)出口。論文發(fā)表于Economic Journal, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, The World Economy, Review of International Economics、經(jīng)濟(jì)研究、管理世界、世界經(jīng)濟(jì)等國(guó)內(nèi)外期刊。曾主持國(guó)家自科基金青年、面上項(xiàng)目，社科重大專(zhuān)項(xiàng)等。曾先后獲得第17、18屆“安子介”國(guó)際貿(mào)易研究獎(jiǎng)。
