As a graduate international student who has had the privilege of studying in China and now working in Mongolia's largest oil company, my journey has been nothing short of transformative. The experiences and knowledge I gained during my time in China have had a profound impact on my career and my perceptions of this dynamic country.

Educational Journey:

I embarked on my academic journey at Beijing Central University of Finance and Economics, enrolling in the bachelor's program in 2011 and later pursuing a master's degree between 2018 and 2020. These years of rigorous academic pursuit provided me with a strong foundation in finance and economics. The faculty's expertise and the diverse student body created a vibrant learning environment, allowing me to develop a deep understanding of my field.

Professional Growth:

Today, I find myself in the dynamic role of a Group Investment Analyst at Mongolia's biggest oil company. My academic background, combined with the skills I honed during my studies, has proved invaluable in this role. The knowledge and analytical capabilities I developed in China have enabled me to make informed decisions, analyze market trends, and identify promising investment opportunities, contributing to the company's success.

Moreover, I hold a part-time position as the CEO of a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project within the same company. This role has allowed me to apply my financial expertise to make a positive impact on our community, underscoring the importance of giving back and fostering sustainable development.

In my pursuit of professional growth, I have embarked on the challenging journey of becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). As a CFA active charter holder, I am constantly expanding my knowledge and skills, ensuring that I am well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the financial world. My experiences in China, which emphasized the importance of discipline and dedication, have been instrumental in my progress in the CFA program.

Impressions of China:

China, a nation steeped in history, with a relentless commitment to progress, has left an indelible mark on me. My time in Beijing exposed me to a rich tapestry of culture and tradition, while also showcasing the country's rapid modernization and innovation. The resilience and resourcefulness of the Chinese people have been a source of inspiration, reminding me of the limitless possibilities when driven by determination and hard work.

In conclusion, my educational journey in China has significantly contributed to my professional growth and my ability to make a positive impact on my community through CSR projects. As a CFA Level 3 candidate, I am continuously expanding my horizons and striving for excellence in the world of finance. China has not only broadened my academic and professional perspectives but also deepened my admiration for the boundless potential of this remarkable country. I am immensely grateful for the opportunities I have been given and look forward to contributing further to the fields of finance and corporate social responsibility.
