5月11日，IMF完成了五年一次的SDR定值審查，并將人民幣權(quán)重由10.92%上調(diào)至12.28%，升幅1.36個百分點，人民幣權(quán)重仍保持第三位。同時，將美元權(quán)重由41.73%上調(diào)至43.38%，同時將歐元、日元和英鎊權(quán)重分別由30.93%、8.33%和8.09%下調(diào)至29.31%、7.59%和7.44%。

記者問：

您如何看人民幣在SDR貨幣籃子權(quán)重提高的意義和影響？如何看待近期人民幣幣值波動對下一步人民幣國際化的影響？下一步人民幣國際化或有哪些看點？

回答：

"The weight increase reflected that renminbi internationalization has made steady headway thanks to China's growing heft in the global economic, trade and financial landscape," said Zhang Xiaotao, dean of the School of International Trade and Economics at the Central University of Finance and Economics.（中央財經(jīng)大學(xué)國際貿(mào)易與經(jīng)濟學(xué)院院長張曉濤表示：“權(quán)重的增加反映出，由于中國在全球經(jīng)濟、貿(mào)易和金融領(lǐng)域的地位不斷提高，人民幣國際化已經(jīng)取得了穩(wěn)步進(jìn)展。”）

Zhang said more financial reform and opening-up steps will help accelerate renminbi internationalization by facilitating free capital flows and cementing the preferences by global investors for renminbi-denominated assets.（張曉濤指出，更多的金融改革和開放措施將促進(jìn)資本自由流動，鞏固全球投資者對人民幣計價資產(chǎn)的偏好，從而有助于加快人民幣國際化進(jìn)程。）

He added that the renminbi's recent depreciation against the dollar is due to short-term shocks, such as a resurgence in COVID-19 cases, and is unlikely to alter the country's long-term development potential or derail the future internationalization of the renminbi.（他補充說，人民幣對美元最近的貶值是由于短期沖擊，如新冠疫情的反彈，但不太可能改變我國的長期發(fā)展?jié)摿蚱茐奈磥淼娜嗣駧艊H化進(jìn)程。）
